Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed of ends and halved
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • olive oil
Directions:
1.)  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  In a baking dish, toss together olive oil, salt and pepper.  Bake for 40 minutes until cooked through and the leaves are browned a bit.
